Job Summary : ·       
Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle.
Develop action plans / recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and networking websites, walk-ins, employees’ references, followed by short listing of candidates by using databases, social media etc
Responsible for achieving good conversation ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
To ensure recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met as mutually agreed with operations and other key stakeholders.
Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure that the company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. ·         
Expertise in recruiting people for industries such as IT, Accounting, ITES, Business Development, Sales and Marketing etc.
Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
